Terms of business and pricing

• The unit price is always set individually due to the uniqueness our customers' wishes. Please request your own individual price quote on info@custom-pins.sk
• Prices are quoted in €. The company is not VAT registered.
• The order is to be paid in advance by bank transfer upon proforma invoice no later than 5 days after the completion of the order. By sending the definite order you agree to respect the terms, conditions and prices. The final design of the artwork needs to be approved by both parties (buyer and seller).
• If you have your own artwork or design, please send it in one of the preferred file formats (.ai, .pdf, .eps, .tiff, .psd, .jpg, .bmp). The image quality sould be no less than 400dpi (but preferably in vector graphics). Upon customer request we can also design the artwork. The prices are set according to complexity and projected manufacturing duration. The artwork is property of its creator.
• The delivery date is approximately 40 workdays after the advance payment is cleared. Express delivery may be arranged for an additional fee.

When requesting your quotation via e-mail please specify:

• Dimensions
• Quantity
• Number of colors
• Fastener type (Needle or Butterfly Clutch)
• And attach graphical design (artwork) according to the afore mentioned instructions.
